System Requirements
System Requirements. Use of the Service requires a compatible device, Internet access (fees may apply), and may require obtaining updates or upgrades from time to time. Because use of the Service involves hardware, software, and Internet access, your ability to use the Service may be affected by the performance of these factors. High speed Internet access is strongly recommended. You acknowledge and agree that such system requirements, which may be changed from time to time, are your responsibility. The Service is not part of any other product or offering, and no purchase or obtaining of any other product shall be construed to represent or guarantee you access to the Service.
Video and Photos

The video compiled by Fat Tire Guides is a combination of helmet cam and stationery footage. These are examples of trail sections from small technical areas to entire trail loops. Video length can vary from 10 seconds to 2:50 minutes long depending on the area recorded. The videos have been stabilized digitally so will notice a slight jerk in the footage every so often. This is the stabilizer compensating for extremely rough terrain.

GPS Data
GPS data is recorded on a Garmin Edge 305. Acuracy is 1ft to 30ft. Downloadable data file is a .gpx file and has tracks as well as waypoints marking trail head and other points of interest. This can be imported into a program such as GarminTM MapSource which can then send to your device.
User Account and Security
Account and Password. As a registered user of the Service, you may receive or establish an account ("Account"). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account. You should not reveal your Account information to anyone else or use anyone else's Account. You are entirely responsible for all activities that occur on or through your Account, and you agree to immediately notify Fat Tire Guides of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. Fat Tire Guides shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of your Account.
Security. You understand that the Service, and products purchased through the Service, such as videos, photos and maps should not be shared. You shall not access or attempt to access an Account that you are not authorized to access. You agree not to modify the software in any manner or form, or to use modified versions of the software, for any purposes including obtaining unauthorized access to the Service. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability.
